Education & Legal Background
A born and raised Floridian, Attorney Brett M. Schwartz earned his bachelor's
from the University of Miami. There, Mr. Schwartz accomplished many personal,
professional, and academic goals, including
co-founding the University's Pre-Legal Society. After graduating, Mr. Schwartz received his Juris Doctorate degree from
South Texas College of Law where he was heavily involved in trial advocacy,
regional, and national mock trial competitions.
Upon receiving his law degree, Mr. Schwartz accepted a position as an
Assistant State Attorney in the South Florida-Dade County State Attorney's Office. While in
this office, he was able to truly sharpen his litigation skills and excel
in the area of criminal law.

Attorney Schwartz handled

largest civil law firms in the state of Florida where he was involved in litigating for insurance companies. In this capacity,
he learned aggressive, compelling, and persuasive tactics for fighting
for the best interests of his clients.
